In much the same way as a surgeon, master wood worker, Olympian, martial artist, prima ballerina or concert violinist focuses time and effort to perform exquisitely when called upon to do so, Leadership is a craft to be practiced and mastered. We know leaders rarely, if ever, receive the training and ongoing mentoring needed to develop and perform with a high level of confidence and competence. The Leadership Mastery Project is presented as a platform to arm new leaders with the essential skills and confidence needed to lead in the world today. 

Lisa Talbott is the Founder of the Leadership Mastery Project. With seminars, one to one and group coaching, as well as online study courses, Lisa brings over 30 years of leadership experience in multiple industries from the military, education, local government, private industry, insurance and healthcare to share with new leaders. Her passion is to see the light and energy in her students and clients as they leave behind awkward uncertainty and step up to lead and serve in their given fields.
